At Dani T Collection, we take great pride in handcrafting and carefully packaging each order. Please review our policy below:

No Refunds
We are unable to provide refunds for the following:

  • Orders that have shipped

  • Orders lost by USPS

  • Items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Items damaged during shipping

Replacements
To ensure customer satisfaction, Dani T Collection will:

  • Offer a replacement for items confirmed as lost by USPS

  • Offer a replacement for items damaged during shipping (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)
