Recommended Body Use: Rub in circular motion over wet skin in shower or bath. Rinse thoroughly.

Recommended Face Use: Using a silicone face scrubber, rub in circular motion over wet face, can be done before or after face cleanser. 

Rinse thoroughly. *You may see remnants of the Activated Charcoal but it will wash away.
